- Marital Status
Fertility treatment is only available to married or cohabiting couples.
This status must be confirmed by means of a notarial deed provided by a notary public or a district court before fertility treatment is commenced.
- IVF and ICSI
may only be performed by specially trained physicians at medical facilities licensed for this purpose.
Embryos, semen and egg cells may not be used for research purposes.
Sperm and egg cells may be stored until further notice or until the death of the person from whom the sperm was taken. Embryos may be stored for a period of up to ten years.
With regard to the legal framework, we assure you that we comply with all legal requirements.
We treat your egg and sperm cells with the utmost care because we regard each fertilised egg as an embryo and thus as human life.
